Is Repetation Of Rhinoplasty Suggested For More Defined Nose?
I had a rhinoplasty back in 2009 and I am not completly pleased with the results due to my skin thickness. I have seen several doctors since to undergo a revision rhinoplasty and they all agreed that there is no need for a second surgery. I would like to know what would my others options to get a higher definition at the tip. Is it possible to cut some of the skin around the nose and then stretch what is left and stitch it so the nose becomes more defined?
Dear user, I feel that the best option for you is to focus on the symmetry of face and the nose. Symmetry defines beauty for your brain and the minds of all people and society. This is a fact. If you work on the tip, you might not be satisfied. Think. Think. think. It makes sense to work on the nasal apertures on the sides and the nasal cartilage. It makes sense to work on your zygomatic processes. And remember, no cosmetic surgery does all the work for you. You have to maintain a good appearance. Personality counts too. This makes perfect sense. Maintain symmetry of the features. Regards, Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
