is it normal for me to wake up either in the middle of the night or the morning after drinking beer with a racing hear rate around 150-160 at age 38 female. In addition, I have palpitations several times a day for the last 8 yrs with no heart desease according to all test ever performed, which i think i have had every test accept the one thru the groin which would definately show blockage but is very dangerous as well i hear. Why am i having these issues if nothing is wrong. i thought it was anxiety for so many yrs but even now i have taught myself to simply try to ignore these sypmtoms without fear, unless my heart races out of control, then i began to feel as if death is around the corner and there's nothing i can do and that there is no reason to see a doctor because they will just tell me they find nothing
