Hello and welcome,

Pyricontine contains folic acid a vitamin important for preventing brain defects in the baby so take it. It will not have any relation to conception.

If you are not getting pregnant after 1 year of unprotected sexual contact, it is advisable to visit a infertility specialist and get yourself as well as your husband examined for any abnormalities.

Your query says you are trying since only a month so you may wait. The fertile days are from day 10-20 of the cycle when maximum chances of pregnancy are there. So try to keep alternate day contact on those days.

Best of luck.
Hope this satisfies your query.
