Is Psychiatric Help Required To Treat Someone With Antisocial Behavior?

good evening doctor , my brother behavior has changed lately and he is suffering from a believe that everybody around him will be talking disadvangae of him and family and he finds always negative in other person and make him self enmy very quickly .. not sure is that soemthing we should be worry about and need any phychatric help?

Mood swings need to be investigated. What is his age? Is he taking any medicines? Has he suffered from it before?
In my opinion he should be seen by his physician. He needs to get his thyroid function tests and plasma metanephrine levels.
