Hi,
Nothing to worry about having primary complex.
This is common among weak, Mal-nourished child where there is more risk of having this infection.
Consult pediatrician and go for regular treatment and follow ups.
It is 100 % curable.
Give him high protein, well nourished food.
Give him B.complex and multivitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
