Is Prenatal Vitamins Safe For A Non Pregnant Woman?

I'm a 46 yr old female who has been taking prenatal vitamins for two months now. I'm not trying to become pregnant now or ever again in the future. I have bad reactions to taking supplements, so I opted for the prenatal vitamins. I would like to incorporate biotin. Is this mixture safe and is it safe to take prenatal vitamins if a woman is not pregnant?

Hello,

Don't worry your not a pregnant so you may take vitamin supplement. But during pregnancy we use to prefer more folic acid and iron to prevent neural tube defects and iron deficiency anemia.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
