Is Premature Greying Of Hair A Genetic Problem?

Hello doctor, I m Tushar Shelar 27 years old Male. I want 2 know that hair graying is that genettic type of problem or it different? & have a solution on that because i have white hairs when i was 12 years old. Please tell me if any solutin on that. Thank you.

Thanks for the query.
When more than half the hair is white by age 40, though, this is considered “premature.”
It can have genetic association but not always.
Premature graying has been associated with certain medical conditions such as thyroid disorders, vitiligo, vitamin B12 deficiency, and anemia.
You can try pantothenic acid, biotin , altris gel after consulting with dermatologist.
High protien diet legumes, cereals, carrots, green leafy vegetables, tomatos etc may help.
