Is Pregnancy Safe When Father Is Having SLE And On Azathioprine And Hydroxy Chloroquine?

I m a male patient having sle from last five years and I takes medicine s azathioprine 100mg and hydroxy chloroquine 400mg daily from last three years. I m having 1 daughter at the age of 3. My wife is 2nd time pregnant while I m taking above mentioned medicines regularly without any break. Please tell me the pregnancy is safe or not.

Being on the medicines that you have mentioned can cause a poor sperm quality and affect motility. This can delay the tine for conception. But it is not likely to have any adverse effect on the baby after conception.
