Hello,
Getting pregnant requires live sperm to enter the vagina, 'swim' to the ovum and fertilize it. Sometimes the pre-ejaculatory fluid may contain some sperm, so this raises some concern for
pregnancy even without real penetration and ejaculation. I have to tell you though that this has to be an extremely rare event as I've never heard of any woman getting pregnant this way. So although in theory it is possible to get pregnant, it doesn't seem to be happening in real life.
Regarding fingering, the same rule applies. It depends on whether his fingers had live sperm on them. Since you were giving him the handjob and you wiped the sperm, it's probably your hands that were 'contaminated' with sperm, not his.
Therefore, I believe that your chances for pregnancy are almost nil. You shouldn't worry about that but since your period is late a pregnancy test is indicated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
