General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it is possible to become pregnant even if there was no ejaculation since in pre-ejaculate there may be sperms present and it may lead to fertilization although this is very rare and chances are low. But you have missed a period then it would be good to do a pregnancy test as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein,
General Surgeon
