Is Pregnancy Possible While On Birth Control Pills?

My partner and I had unprotected sex and he finished inside me. This all happened 3 days ago so I know it’s early. I am on the pill and take it all the time. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant? I have had discharge and cramps. It feels little pain down there
