Is Pregnancy Possible While On Birth Control Pills?

hello, i started my birth control on jan 1st, but my fiance came inside me several times during the first week. there is a good chance that i was ovulating during this week, as the medicine had not yet had time to kick in. lately i have been very emotional, with sore breasts ocasionally, nausea, the munchies. I was supposed to start my period yesterday, but all i have had is a light pinkish color when i wipe with very slight cramps. i am constipated and very bloated, causing me to pee more than usual. What do you think my chances of actually being pregnant are? Should i take a test, or not worry about it?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
There is chance of pregnancy because you did sex in first week of taking pill in ovulation period.
Pink discharge could be due to implantation bleeding.
Your other symptoms could be due to pregnancy.
But I would suggest to still wait for period.
If period will delay by more than 7 days then go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy.
Meanwhile avoid stress, eat healthy diet with high fiber, drink plenty of bloated
Take tablet gas x for bloating
Do regular exercise
