Im in birth control patches i started on a Wednesday was supposed to change patch following Wednesday but instead I forgot and changed it Thursday evening the next day my concern is that I had unprotected sex Wednesday night can I become pregnant due to unprotected sex?

Hi I think it is not a major issue. You are safe as the patch will be effective in suppressing the ovulation next cycle. So, don't worry about it. Hope it helps.
