Is Pregnancy Possible While On Diane 21?

Hi, my GF has taken diane 21 for a long time. 9/03/17 we had sexual inetercourse, using condmon but we did not check if it was broken. She was still takin diane (also was on day 19 of her period). 14/03/17 she see a couple of drops of blood. 16/03 we have saxual intercourse, using condmon and later took the afterdar pill, she later see a couple of drops. Now she is 1 or 2 days delay. Is there any chance she is pregnant?

When regular intake of Diane 21, is performed through out the menstrual cycle, there is no chances of pregnancy with or without protective measures as condom or else.
