Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Mirena Inserted?

I have mirena i had it put in in march. Ive been having morning sickness it almost feels like and havent had my normal menstrual cycle since its been in. I've had a lot of discharge lately and scared i might be pregnant. Is that a possibility? If not whats the problem?

If at all pregnancy does result, then it would be a case of failed conception and depending on the rules in your country you can consider appealing for an abortion, but this is entirely on you. As for your symptoms, minera itself can cause a hormonal change that in itself can result in the symptoms you are experiencing, so this does not mean that you are pregnant. In fact, it makes pregnancy all the more unlikely. You could also go about a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample at least 2 weeks after the suspected date of conception to confirm/rule out the same.
