Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Condom Protected Sex?

Me and my girlfriend had protected sex with a condom and I did not reach ejaculation I was not even close I even did the water test on the condom to check for holes or breaks in it after we got done but there wasn t any.,its been a couple of days now and my girlfriend is experiencing cramping for three days now she was quite stressed before we had sex and has been since. I was just wondering if there is a chance for her to be pregnant.

After using condoms chances for pregnancy are very very few.
Condoms are said to be 98% effective.
Delay periods can be and from exes stress causing hormonal imbalance.
She can take duphaston for 5 days to withdraw periods .
If her periods did not come ,after she will use duphaston,she can take a pregnancy test,
If pregnancy test is negative she can go to examine by her gyn to determine her problem.
