Is Pregnancy Possible While Finding Two Well Defined Hypoechoic Lesions In Posterior Myometrium?

Hi, Iam having some doubts regarding pregnancy.I got married 2 yrs back till I didn t get any pregnancy. Recently I went to hospital regarding this and taken ultrasound scanning and found impression like two well defined hypoechoic lesions measuring 2.1x 1.5 cms, 1.1 x 0.9 cms noted in posterior myometrium. Please tell me what is the meaning of it. Can I get pregnant or not in future.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The two well defined hypoechoic lesion in posterior myometrium may be due to fibroids.
Fibroids usually do not interfere with implantation or pregnancy.
