Hi,

There is chance of pregnancy if you had sex during fertile phase of period,10th to 18th of cycle considered as fertile phase of cycle. Precum may enter into vagina before ejaculation in vagina unknowingly before ejaculation. Bleeding could be due to injury to superficial venous plexus of vagina and cervix, hymen broken. If period will delay by more then 7 days then go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy.

Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. Take Dicofenac for pain, take warm water sitz bath with added Betadine.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
