Is Pregnancy Possible Through Intercourse After A Salpingectomy?

I had a baby in June. A little over a week ago, I had a Salpingectomy. My husband and I recently had unprotected sex. Before pregnancy, my periods were regular but I have not had a period since I gave birth. Is it possible that I could become pregnant?

If there was bilateral salpingectomy than it should not be possble to become pregnant since there is no fallopian tube that transport eggs. So you symptoms may be sign of something else and it includes hormonal imbalance and uterus fibroids for example.I hope I have answered you query.
