Is Pregnancy Possible Just After Periods?

I want to know if is possible for me to be pregnant though I just finish my period three days ago, though my period was only take three day but normal I go to 5-6! Than since my period end I have some feelings dizziness, sleeping tòo much and have back pain? Please help?
