Is Pregnancy Possible Immediately After Nexplanon Removal?

How soon after nexplanon expires could i get pregnant. I have had a period every month sense I got it after the birth of my son. I have unprotected sex and my nexplanon expired sept. 6th and it s now oct. 20th... I have been having cramps head aches nausea back pain bloating and tired. I have taken preg.. test and there negative but my period isn t due for 7 more days they are for the most part regular maybe off a few days. I have also been having those symptoms for a few weeks sense after my last period...

Ovulation usually returns within 6 weeks after removal of the Nexplanon.
Therefore, the chances of pregnancy are high after this period. You have to wait for at least one month after the removal of the implant to go for a pregnancy test.

Nexplanon is a birth control implant that provides up to 3 years of continuous pregnancy prevention.

According to some scientific reports it can work for up to 4 years, but most recommend that you get a new Nexplanon after the start of the third year.

Based on the history given you seem to have developed the side effects of Nexplanon for which you need to consult your gynecologist for its possible treatment or removal of the implant.
