Ovulation usually returns within 6 weeks after removal of the Nexplanon. Therefore, the chances of pregnancy are high after this period. You have to wait for at least one month after the removal of the implant to go for a pregnancy test.
Nexplanon is a birth control implant that provides up to 3 years of continuous pregnancy prevention.
According to some scientific reports it can work for up to 4 years, but most recommend that you get a new Nexplanon after the start of the third year.
Based on the history given you seem to have developed the side effects of Nexplanon for which you need to consult your gynecologist for its possible treatment or removal of the implant.
Hope this answers your query.
