Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Unwanted 72 After Intercourse?

I had my periods on Aug 24. Then had unprotected sex with my husband and took unwanted 72 withing 24 hours. I then got my periods on 08 Sep, flow was light but continued for 4 days. I have been having body ache and period like feeling, for the last 1 week, but not bleeding yet. All pregnancy tests are negative so far, Could I be pregnant?

hi mam,just relax,as you had your menses and negative pregnancy tests,there is no possibility of conception.anemia can also cause such symptoms.so,just get your Hb% checked once.if it is low,you can start iron preparations.if your body ache is associated with fever and malaise,you can have paracetamol 650mg every 6hrs.please have adequate fluid intake and a balanced diet.hope i have cleared your doubt.any more queries,i'm always there to answer.thank you.take care.bye.
