Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

From what you have written, I think it is highly unlikely that you would fall pregnant. Emergency contraception has a high efficacy rate against pregnancy.

You are taking Regestron from 11th March until today-23rd March. You could stop the regestrone today. You will see a withdrawal bleed 4-5 days after stopping your regestrone. That can be considered as a period.

Regarding irregular periods, I would advise you to see your doctor who would evaluate you completely and do hormonal blood tests too. You may be prescribed a combined hormonal pill to regularize your periods.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
