Is pregnancy possible despite taking Plan B?

Hey! I had unprotected sex a while ago and I am 6 days late for my period and I am having cloudy pee. I took a plan b pill the day we had sex and I experienced some spotting after the pill. I took a pregnancy test a week ago ans it was negative. Can I be pregnant?
