General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Plan B intake would not interfere with the results of the urinary pregnancy test. And the chances of pregnancy are very very negligible after intake of emergency contraceptive within first 24 hours of unprotected sex. I would suggest to wait for a period of 2-3 weeks for the normal menses to flow regularly as many of the times, there is delay due to intake of emergency contraceptive pills.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
