Is Pregnancy Possible Despite No Penetration?

I am in need of some medical advice. I have no doctor available to me. but here is my situation. I know this topic has been discussed several times and there have been many answers to it. I just need a straight answer (I don't have a doctor I can call). I was fooling around with a guy and while there was no penetration he did have his penis touching the opening of my vagina. I am pretty sure there was pre-cum however he did not finish even near my vagina. But he had been rubbing his penis down there, since he didn't have a condom I told him he wasn't allowed to go in at all. Even though at one point he slipped a little and we may have gotten just the very end of his penis in. I am really worried about getting pregnant. My peak of ovulation was on the 5th and it is now the 14th. I'm not due for my period until the 20th but I don't want to wait on the off chance I could get pregnant. Should I worry? If so, how much? Is it worth getting the plan b pill over?

Hi there,
I have gone through your question and will try to be as clear as possible.
1) The chances of pregnancy so far away from ovulation are very less.
2) There was no penetration, so the chances are even lesser.
3) He ejaculated far away from your vagina, so again, no chance of pregnancy.
4) My opinion is that you do not need to take a plan b pill because chances of pregnancy are extremely low, almost none.

I hope this answer was helpful to you,
regards,
Dr. Shikha Shah
