General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your diagnosed 8cm uterine (submucosa) fibroid with negative Pregnancy test from previous positive test I am suggesting yes fibroid can prevent pregnancy development though this depend on the size

If the size is minute there is every chance that the pregnancy will advance but if it is big like your size it is going to cause miscarriage

In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and for surgical interventional procedures (myomectomy)

I hope this helps Regards

I find this answer helpful
