My dctr prescribed me prolyguton tabs to overcome this. Besides all these issues and treatments i just want to become pregnant. Can u plsss help me to resolve these giant issues. Thanks
Both high prolactin and PCOS can affect the ability to conceive.
The cause of the high prolactin should be determined, you should have imaging of the brain to see if there is any thing present that may be contributing to the high levels eg a mass If a mass is present, these are usually non cancerous and easily treated.
In terms of the PCOS ,weight loss and the use of medication can help. Weight loss of any excess weight can be very helpful.
There is also medication to help with ovulation (release of eggs) eg clomiphene.
You should consider discussing these options with your doctor.
I hope this helps
