Is Posttransfusion Platelet Fluctuation In A Dengue Patient A Cause For Concern?

Hello doctor my brother is suffering from dengue on 3rd sept then platelet count was 2.9 lacks after one day it decreases to 1.94 lacks and after 1 day that it decreases to 1.13 lacks and then platelet transmitting is done and then it rose to 1.44 lacks and it decreases to 1.39 lacks in the same day and after 1 day it decreases to 1.19 lacks is there any problem please answer my question

This just means the infection is still persistent in the body once the infection subsides the platelet count will improve
