Is Pneumonia Along With Low Grade Fever In A Toddler A Matter Of Concern?

My daughter is 2 swallowed water yesterday in the pool, today she had low grade fever and was lethargic. Took her to urgent care oxegen good but had x ray showing pneumonia. Treating with powerful antibiotic should we be at E.R instead and how concerned should we be.
