Is Platelet Count Of 429 A Cause For Concern?

I had a blood test 3 months ago and all my levels were in normal range. My platlet count at that time was 350. I was switched doctors and they did new blood work and everything was normal except low Vitamin D and may platelets were at 429 which was high. Is that normal for that kind of change in 3 months?
