Is Pinkish Mucous Discharge Before Periods Sign Of Pregnancy?

I am 28 and i had sex with my bf alot this passing weekend. My period is not due untill about 10 June, this morning i have LOTS of cervical mucus that has a slight pinkish brownish colour. Could i be pregnant? I am not on birth control and we didn't use a condom.

Hallow Dear,

Though pinkish discharge before the menses is not indicative of pregnancy, since you had number of unprotected intercourses through out the cycle, the possibility of the conception cannot be ignored. The best way to confirm the status is to go for pregnancy test.

Urine pregnancy test is best reliable about a week after the missed period. Since you have not missed your period, you may wait for few days. If you miss your period, a week after that you may go for pregnancy test on overnight early morning first urine sample. If you get menses, you are not pregnant.

Alternatively, opt for Beta hCG test on the blood 10 days after the last unprotected intercourse. It will confirm the status of pregnancy.
