Is Persistent Weakness In The Body A Symptom Of STD?

Hi, I had protected sex about a week ago but I did oral sex on my partner too. After 2-3 days I had a sore throat (discomfort when swallowing), and the feeling of fever but temperature is still normal. Went to doctor and he prescribed me with azithromycin and did 2 hiv test- first is the quick hiv rapid test which I was negative, and the second was blood test which results are not yet out. After 1 day of first dose of azithromycin, my sore throat completely cured. But my body still feels a little weak.

thanks for the query,
the throat with difficulty in swallowing seems to be due to oral infection your partner had. Weakness can be due to inflammation of tonsils & antibiotic taken or could have contacted earlier,
IN HIV swelling of lympnods is characteristic.
Type of infection is very difficult to diagnose at this stage without knowing the HIV 2 result... If fortunately is turns -ve,,, get specific tests for other stds & start taking specific tests.HIV test is confirmatory usually after 12 weeks
BE in contact with an STD specialist.
