Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering if persistent headache a symptom of concussion is the symptoms of concussion . Well I think that this may be a migraine attack. A high blood pressure may also be the cause. I would recommend to have a blood analysis for inflammation. A temporal arthritis may cause similar symptoms. Cluster headache or sinusitis can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to rule out sinusitis and neurologist for migraine and concussion type of problem , because concussion can also cause such symptoms . In case of concussion there are therapies available and taking rest will help a lot . For migraine doctor may prescribe vasograine , betablockers or diuretics.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
