Is Persistent Cough An Allergic Reaction Of Anthurium Plant?

I ve been coughing and having allergy-like symptoms for several months and I am trying to isolate the cause. I m currently being treated with an Loratadine, fluticasone propionate nasal spray and different inhalers with little to no relief. The cough is relieved only with cough syrup with codeine. My symptoms are worse at night. Diagnoses have included allergic rhinitis and reactive airway disease. I m wondering if an anthurium plant may be the culprit.

Hi....
your symptoms could be due to Allergic Bronchitis.
kindly consul your Pulmonologist and get PFT ( pulmonary function test) done.
You might need alteration with the dosage of your current medication.
As far as the culprit is concerned, avoid all possible causative agents like parthenium plant, pollen grains, industrial dust, traffic etc.
Hope this hepled. take care.
