Is Passing Out/fainting Common In People With Stress?

hELLO i AM A HEALTHY 51 YEAR OLD WHO YESTERDAY HAD PASSED OUT, TWICE WITH IN A SHORT TIME WITH THE SECOND ONE CAUSING ME TO HAVE A SEIZURE. i HAVE NEVER DONE EITHER OF THEM, AND WHEN ASKED BY EMT IF i WAS A DIABETIC? NO IM NOT, BUT HAVE BEEN UNDER A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS LATELY, AND I AM CONCERNED WHY SOMETHING LIKE THAT WOULD HAPPEN, VITALS WERE ALL NORMAL. SUGAR WAS 94F, BP 120/80, RR PULSE 88.

Fainting, especially with seizures, is not common in stress. Such episodes need a thorough evaluation for their cause. A heart arrhythmia should be one of the first possibilities looked at. I would be checking to see if you had a heart attack or have some structural abnormality of your heart first. You might also have epilepsy or something going on in your brain, like a stroke or mass.
