Is Painting In A Closed Room Making Me Dizzy?

i was painting yesterday all day in a small bathroom, i ve kept the window open but it s only small, and this morning i woke up from sleep feeling so dizzy the whole room was turning around and feel like vomiting. I had to open the window . Is it worrying?

The smell of the paint is not good for the body. It is a toxin that needs to be avoided. It is unfortunate that the window of the room was so small and you had to do with it; but you could do the painting in lapses and after each lap, you take a walk outside.

The paint has a negative effect on the lungs and impairs gaseous exchange at the lungs.

However, it is not that bad as it is when you have prolong and continuous exposure that there is a problem.

If the dizziness continuous, then you will have to meet a doctor to ruled out other causes.
