Is Painful Periods With Discharge Of Tissues While Having Fibroids Normal?

Is it normal or not to have being diagnosed with multiple fibroids and having excruciating pain and expelling tissue from my vagina? My cycles over the past six months have been very very painful and will come on strong and last three days, go completely off for two days and will come back on just as red and heavy as ever for at least three more days. Is this normal?

Hi,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concern. That’s really not normal, I suggest you to visit a GP who can examine you properly and may be she will take you for a diagnostic curettage to rule out the specific cause for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir,
