Is Pain Under Arm And Discharge From Breast Sign Of Breast Cancer?

Can you have breast cancer for many years without becoming very ill? I've had symptoms including pain under my arm and discharge for a number of years and the tissue of my breast appears to be becoming less dense. The appearance of the skin has also changed. I am 30 years old.

Hello dear.As you are 30 years old you need to have breast ultrasound at the biginig and then to consult a doctor how can see you clinically.You have to discuss with your doctor all of your symptoms.Good luck
