Hello,

Please note that postconcussion syndrome is diagnosed when CT or MRI come normal.

Yes, the postconcussion syndrome may cause such pains. First, please undergo MRI or CT. If normal, undergo pain killers.

If painkillers are not helping, you may have to try relaxation techniques or take help of a psychiatrist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
