Is Pain From Plantar Fasciitis Curable ?
hi.i am 29yrs. 5 ft, 65kg, Female. From last one year i am suffering from plantum fasciitis. I had visited to orthopedic but it was only temporary relief.I am fed up of this. Is it curable? i am unable to do first morning walk for 3 to 4 min,sometimes pains remains for whole day .plz suggest what should i do?

Apart from planter fascitis there is another possibility of having Calcanium spur which also gives same problem.
Local hydrocortizone injection gives good long lasting relief.
Consult orthopedic and discuss about this treatment.
