Is Ovarian Cancer, Related With Contractions On Lower Back?

Hi, I hope that you can please give me some reasurance and comfort, for the past two months i have pain in my lower back that are as painful as contractions they spread around to my sides and into my stomache and my legs become heavy and weak and the pain intensifies and lasts about 5 minutes, i only experience these pains a couple of times a month but have regular slight cramping in my stomache, my periods are normal and always on time and i generally feel well although i think the stress of worrying can make me feel off colour,doesnt help when i look for help on the net to discover things like ovarian cancer! im 30 years old and driving myself completely insane with worry!" PLEASE help!

The symptoms that you have described are related to your intestines and not your ovaries. If you are 30 years old and have no family history of ovarian cancer then in all likelihood your symptoms are not related to it. Probably you have some form of intestinal infection or worms. Simply get a ultrasound abdomen done and meet a gastroenterologist.
