Is Old Body Lotion Harmful If Used As A Lubricant During Intercourse?

Hi, my boyfriend uses small amount of 4 years old johnson body lotion as a lubricant when we had intercourse. I am afraid it may give me irritation. Will this be a serious problem? What possibilities may happen and what is your suggestion for now? Thank you.
