What does this urinalysis report mean? Hello sir/ma am my 2 years old daughter had a fever. Today we got her urinalysis and based on the result: PUS Cells: 0-2 hpf, RBC: 2 - 4/hpf, Epithelial cells: occasional, Bacteria: few, Mucus Threads: occasional, Amorphous Urates: few

Urine report not showing any alarming abnormal result. For 0 to 2 pus cells and RBC no need to worry. It doesn't showing any sign of UTI. Search other causes for fever like respiratory tract infection. Take care and consult pediatrician for examination.
