Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Migraines with nose bleeds occur due to a sudden increase in blood pressure because of the acute pain. Nasal congestion due to the dilatation of capillaries within the nose may also lead to nosebleeds. Pain medication like as 1 tablet of Diclofenac with 1 tablet of Domperidone can reduce her headache, but you should refrain from taking aspirin, it can cause bleeding and it is contradicted till 16 years.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you and your daughter good health.
