Is Nose Bleeding After Falling Off The Bed Dangerous For My Kid?

My 6 month baby fell off the bed this morning shes seem ok but had a little nose bleed after not alot but was some blood shes acting normal and even laughed a little after im juss worried cuz of the nose bleed. Is she ok or should i take her to c her doctor

Hello. Thank you for your question. Falls are very common. Depending on the location of the point of contact, they can abe accompanied by nosebleeds. It is very encouraging that your baby is behaving normally. As long as this continues and the nosebleed does not recur, there is nothing to worry about. However, if you notice any change in the baby's behavior, or a recurrence of the noselbleed, with the first 24-48 hours after the fall, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
