Is Nose Bleeding After An Injury A Cause For Concern?

hey I had what I'm pretty sure was a concussion about half a year ago during a collision in football. My nose bled but I. Didn't say anything and I finished the game. It didn't get hit hard after that but I'm wondering what the nose bleed could have been. I've felt fine ever since just curious.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi
of course your nose bleeding is due to football injury only. anterior most part of nasal septum has dense blood supply called as little's area. So any injury in this part can cause bleeding. But nothing much to worry. it will stop by its own or mild pressure is needed.
Thank you
