Is Neurobion Right Medicine For Fatigue?
Hi, I am 23 year old boy and I feel very fatigue without doing much of efforts.
I have recently started taking neurobion forte tablets twice in a day after a meal. I observed that after I take a tablet my urine colour is yellowish. Is it a some kind of serious issue or I can continue to have this tablets? For how long I will have to continue with this tablets?

hello, thanks for your query, plz evaluate for the cause of fatiguebility .it could be due to anemia, electrolyte imbalance, diabetes or could be something else. it's common that u get yello urine with neuro bion forte. all the best. take care.
