Is My Thyroid Normal To Conceive?

Hello Dr.
I'm 27 yr old married for past 2 years. No we have been planing our family for 2 months but have been unsuccessful. I got my blood tests done for thyroid and rubella IGG. My thyroid is around 6.58 and rubella IGG is 0.11. Please suggest whether I should try again for pregnancy or wait till my thyroid is normal??

Hello,
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Your TSH level is high is not suggested to conceive without normalizing it.
You should start treatment with levothyroxine (the dose recommended by your physician) and check the TSH level after 6 weeks.
It should be >2.5 mUI/ml to be considered normal to conceive.
You should monitor it every month during pregnancy.
