Hallow Dear,

Low thyroid function (hypothyroidism) is known to cause problems in getting pregnant and also in continuation of pregnancy. This condition can lead to miscarriages.

The level more than 6 is higher for your age group. You are hypothyroidic. You should take some Levothyroxin preparation with the help of your Gynaecologist. Attempt pregnancy again only when the levels have gone down to mormal level; at least under 3.

I hope this provides you the preliminary guidelines.
